Our long-term investment portfolio comprises modern properties let on long leases to quality covenants to provide a secure income stream. We also hold smaller investments requiring active management, and have a successful track record in adding value to poorly performing assets through intensive management prior to disposal. Our hands on approach to asset management has been key to our continued success. We have developed both retail and distribution estates, refurbished office and retail schemes and gained expertise in the investment maximisation at major transport hubs.
We also provide Project Management services for private equity clients and partnerships. Our latest projects include the Euston Estate office investment fronting Euston Station.
